Dr. Lehman graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. He then went on to receive his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Lehman completed his internship at the Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center and then continued his government service with the Department of Justice as director of substance abuse programs at a federal prison. He has worked in a variety of settings in both private and public sectors serving adults and adolescents. He is currently on medical staff at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital in Medina County. In addition, he has also conducted research in the areas of gender ideology and compulsive gambling. Dr. Lehman specializes in the treatment of addictions. In addition to alcohol, drug and tobacco cessation, he is certified as a compulsive gambling counselor. Other clinical areas of expertise include couples and sex therapy, as well as the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic attacks and career counseling.
