Tera Chmura is one of our newer additions to Cornerstone Wellness. She comes to us with a background in at-risk youth and addictions counseling. Prior to Cornerstone Wellness she spent time working at New Directions with their Dual Diagnosis Adolescent Male Residential Rehab program. She currently helps run the after school CareTeam group at A.I. Root Middle school. Here she focuses on teaching the at-risk youth interpersonal and anger management skills. Tera’s interests include triathlons, gourmet cooking, and spending time with her family.
